Reinstalled steam after switching beta versions a couple times, finally back working!

Latest steam update completely crippled the server. Upgraded to a new server but nearly everything is broken (sounds, rtv, sourcemod, etc, etc)
Search xlauz in server list or connect using IP -> 107.191.118.172
