The chat sometimes doesn't show in game due to a plugin glitch. After Map change or rejoin the chat should work normally again.

Server is back up and running after recent Steam update. Sounds should be working now. Server still not running very stable and partially broken. Will slowly try to fix the problems reported here. Thanks
